The Forward Deployed AI Engineer designs, deploys and drives adoption of AI agents directly inside our clients' environments. No demo left on the shelf: production code, connected to real systems, measured and adopted by teams.

The role

As close to the client as it gets.

  • Work side by side with client teams, from scoping workshop to production
  • Design agents and integrations on AWS (Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore) with Claude
  • Connect AI to existing systems: monitoring, ITSM, data, security
  • Instrument, secure and scale, with a human in the loop

You design and ship AI agents in production at our clients, from scoping to adoption, staying the go-to technical contact throughout.

What you'll do

  • Scope use cases with business and technical teams
  • Build agents, tools and integrations (Python, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, MCP)
  • Ship to production, observe and iterate to adoption

About you

  • Strong software engineering and comfortable with the cloud (AWS preferred)
  • Experience running LLMs in production (agents, RAG, tool use)
  • A taste for client work and concrete delivery

Production foundation and FinOps

Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Platform and Reliability

You build the foundation that makes agents reliable and sustainable: industrialisation, observability, cost control and energy footprint.

What you'll do

  • Industrialise agent deployment (CI/CD, AgentCore, infrastructure as code)
  • Put in place observability, traceability and cost tracking (FinOps)
  • Tool up regression testing and scaling

About you

  • Strong in cloud and DevOps on AWS (IaC, CI/CD, observability)
  • FinOps and performance mindset
  • Experience with demanding production environments

Controlled access and compliance

Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Security and Governance

You make sure agents act within a safe envelope: read-only access by default, guardrails, compliance and full traceability.

What you'll do

  • Design secure access (IAM, KMS, allowlists, network segmentation)
  • Define guardrails, confidence thresholds and kill switch
  • Align deployments with clients' security and compliance requirements

About you

  • Strong in cloud security and identity management
  • Knowledge of compliance, ideally applied to AI
  • Rigour and risk awareness, without blocking delivery
